TitanFall VPKTool 3.0 Release

Firstly let me say mission accomplished! 😀

It’s been a while but here is 3.0 of the titanfall tool now supports repacking.

See changelog.txt for a full list of updates but the main ones are:

• Added repacking support
• Fixed audio export issues
• Portable exe
